When Do I Get My CE Certificate?
As soon as you pass the test and print it out.

No waiting,
No mailing!

Does EMSNeeds.com meet the format for NREMT refresher courses?

These courses are distributed learning, approved by the state, accepted by NREMT and are instructor-led.

What CE Courses are Offered?
See the list of topics and categories in our Course Catalog

What Do You Mean by Levels?
Licensure varies per state but national standards are beginning on Four Levels.

Who is EMS Needs Accredited By?
California (Provider # 56-0016), which in turn are certified by NREMT and NHTSA for continuing education hours (CEH) in other states. For more info check out our Accreditation Info

How Much Does it Cost?
Our Course Catalog offers all courses for $7 per CE credit. No refunds since you can print certificates immediately.

How Long Does it Take to Complete Each CE Course?
That's the best part, EMS Needs breaks up the CE courses on hourly basis. You know the projected hours before taking the test! All of our CE courses are at least 1 hour of credit.

Can I Advance to a Higher Level Using EMSNeeds?
Unforunately No. EMS Needs is intended for continuing education only. If you are not already a certified First Responder, EMT Basic, EMT Intermediate, nor Parademic then this website is not for you. EMS Needs is intended to provide continuing education hours required by state certification in order to keep certificates current.

Can I Stop During a Test?
You may stop your progress at anytime during the test. Your answers will be saved and your test will start where you left off once you login and hit resume course.

What If I Fail a Test?
If you do not pass the test you are able to review and retake the test free as many times as needed until you pass.

How Do I Take a Course?
Check Directions on taking a test.

Is It Safe?
Yes, your credit card data is securely encrypted and protected by Trustkeeper. Click below to verify.
